I Swear it was Spyware!

So apparently a substitute teacher is facing 40 years of jail time for porn popups on a school computer. She's believed to have been watching porn on a school computer and then leaving pop ups on the screen that was later viewed by 10 7th grade students. She claims it was spyware and adware that was already on the computer, and insists that she went nowhere near any porn sites.
